Inspect the evidence behind each metric

Open the captured answer behind every mention, sentiment score, and explicit recommendation position.

Measure the answers that shape demand

Compare mentions, recommendation position, sentiment, and share of voice across the prompts you choose.

Move from observation to action

Consolidate recurring gaps into owned and earned actions ranked by evidence, impact, effort, and confidence.

Beyond monitoring

Latentline tracks how brands appear in AI answers. It measures mentions, recommendation position, sentiment, share of voice, competitors, and sources, then links every metric back to the captured response.

Latentline supports ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot. Availability can vary by country and by the features each surface returns.

An active prompt counts once, even when you run it across all selected AI surfaces. The selected models are stored on that prompt and do not multiply the active-prompt count. A separate prompt-country combination is a separate tracked prompt. Prompt capacity is shared across the organization and can be allocated between unlimited projects.

Yes. Agencies can create unlimited client projects, share prompt capacity between them, invite team members, export CSVs, and send clients a revocable read-only overview link. Enterprise agreements can also include reporting API access. White-label dashboards are not currently offered.

Each completed run records the prompt, AI surface, country, collection time, answer, detected brand mentions, explicit recommendations, and available source URLs. Raw answer evidence is retained for up to 30 days by default, while extracted reporting data is stored separately.

Latentline collects tracked prompts daily by default, so teams can compare the same question, market, and AI surface over time.
